Policies
Date Requests & Holds
Submitting a date request holds the date for 48 business hours (shown as Pending on the calendar); it is not a confirmed booking. The hold gives the parties time to confirm; if it is not confirmed the date returns to open. For a single matter, up to 2 dates may be held at once, and once one date is confirmed the other hold is released.
Fee Policy
Administrative fee is $400 per party, per day. By default a 4-hour minimum applies to each hearing, and travel outside metro Atlanta is billed at $125/hour plus expenses. Hourly rates, minimums, and travel terms can each differ by neutral — see the rate in the panel above, or the neutral’s bio for specifics.
