Valerie Tobin has extensive experience as both a civil trial attorney and mediator. For over 43 years she represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of cases including Auto & Trucking accidents, Premises Liability, Professional Negligence, Business/Contract Disputes, Landlord/Tenant Disputes and Family Law. As a mediator and arbitrator, she has presided over 1500 cases. For seven years, Valerie served as Executive Director of the Fulton State/Magistrate Court ADR Externship, where she trained and supervised Emory and Georgia State University law students in the mediation of 2500 cases per year. Her broad base of experience, involving a diverse range of clients and cases, has given her the valuable insight and tools required to effectively handle disputes with a high level of success.

Valerie joined Henning Mediation's Panel of Neutrals in 2023 and is available for mediation and arbitration. Sessions may be conducted in-person at Henning's Atlanta office, via secure video conferencing.
