Ed Henning started Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service in 1996 after seeing increased demand for mediation in Georgia. Ed pioneered the art of collective mediation, establishing a model that inspires organizations even today. In 1999, Ed created Henning's video conference division, long before virtual ADR became an industry standard.
We handle everything from simple premises liability complaints to complex multi-party disputes. Our neutrals, attorneys and retired judges specializing in all areas of law, settle over 75% of the cases heard at our facility. This drive to settle reduces the cost of litigation and spares clients the uncertainty of trial.
