For over 28 years Lyn has represented both individuals and corporations in matters including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, contracts, and property issues in Georgia and Mississippi. After a 1998 clerkship with the appellate courts in Mississippi, she began practicing as a defense attorney representing corporations, banks, and insurance companies in general civil litigation, including products liability, personal injury, banking matters, and toxic tort defense litigation. In 2007, Lyn joined a plaintiff’s practice in Atlanta where she represented individuals injured or killed as a result of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, product liability, premises liability and other negligent and intentional acts.

In 2023, Lyn returned to defense work where she is again representing corporations, insurance companies and their insureds in cases across Georgia. This past experience advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants makes her particularly well-suited to serve as a neutral. Lyn has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Georgia, by Georgia Trend as Legal Elite, and she is ranked by Martindale-Hubbell as AV Preeminent.

Lyn has been mediating cases in Georgia since 2016.

Lyn joined Henning Mediation's Panel of Neutrals in 2023 and is available for mediation and arbitration. Sessions may be conducted in-person at Henning's Atlanta office, via secure video conferencing.
