Rob Katz is an award-winning attorney renowned for his exceptional track record in navigating challenging injury and wrongful death cases. He has deep experience advocating for clients across car, truck, and motorcycle accident cases, as well as handling claims related to hazardous property and products, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Before establishing Katz & Fleming, LLC, f/k/a, Katz, Wright & Fleming, LLC Rob honed his skills by litigating cases for insurance companies and major corporations.

Rob’s leadership and commitment to the practice of law is well established. He previously served as President of the DeKalb Bar, one of the state’s largest local bar associations, and was regularly named to Thomson Reuters’ Top 100 Super Lawyers list for Georgia starting in 2014. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, holds a 10/10 rating from Avvo, and has been featured in Newsweek Magazine’s Leaders in Personal Injury edition. Rob has also appeared on the list of Legal Elite by Georgia Trend Magazine for eight consecutive years, an honor based solely on the voting of other attorneys in the state.

Rob earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude , and Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, after which he completed judicial clerkships for Judge Dorothy T. Beasley in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Judge James H. Weeks in the Superior Court of DeKalb County. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, DeKalb Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.

When not practicing law, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, and traveling.
