(770) 955-2252Displaying presentations on our TVs
Every main conference room has a large wall-mounted TV ready for your presentation or video.
Each room has both an Apple TV and a wireless HDMI device, so most laptops and tablets connect wirelessly. If your device needs an adapter, we have many on hand, and we keep Windows laptops available if you bring your presentation on a thumb drive.
- HDMI: Standard (Type A)
- HDMI: Mini (Type C)
- HDMI: Micro (Type D)
- DisplayPort: Standard
- DisplayPort: Mini
- USB-C
Don't see your port, or unsure if it's supported? Give us a call.
- Windows laptop
- Most have a standard or micro HDMI port; both work with our system.
- Apple laptop
- Models since 2012 support AirPlay; older ones use Mini DisplayPort. Either works.
- Microsoft Surface
- Connects via Mini DisplayPort; we keep the adapters on hand.
- iPad / iPhone
- Connect wirelessly over AirPlay.
Tip: it's always good practice to bring a backup copy of your presentation on a thumb drive.

Zoom: Henning's platform of choice
Henning has been conducting video proceedings since 1999. Today, Zoom is the best platform for mediations and arbitrations of any size, letting us assign private breakout rooms to every party, just as we do in person.
Zoom is user-friendly even for the most technology-cautious. You'll receive an email invitation from us. Click the link, and Zoom opens directly. Best of all, it's completely free for our clients.

Tips for a smooth session
A few minutes of preparation ensures your session runs without interruption.
Position light in front of you, not behind. Back lighting will obscure your face.
Use a neutral, non-distracting background. A blank wall or bookshelf works well.
Position your camera at or just above eye level for a natural, professional appearance.
Mute yourself when not speaking. Headphones reduce echo. Find a quiet, private space.
Use a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi. Avoid public Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots.
Log on at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for setup and check-in.
