Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
Effective August 14, 2026
Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service, Inc. ("Henning," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than comprehensive and vague.
Information You Give Us
Our forms ask only for what the service needs. A scheduling request collects the case name, the requested date, the neutral, and contact details for the parties and their counsel. A payment collects billing details. A registration collects attendee and CLE information. A feedback or testimonial form collects what you choose to write.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, and we do not ask for information about the substance of your dispute.
What We Do With It
We use it to schedule and administer the matter, to respond to you, and to keep our own business records. We do not sell it. We do not share it with anyone outside the firm except the service providers listed below, and except where the law requires it.
Confidentiality of the Proceeding
Nothing in this policy changes the confidentiality that applies to a mediation or arbitration under Georgia law, the applicable rules, and any agreement among the parties. This policy covers the website. The proceeding is governed by those other rules, which are stricter.
Information Collected Automatically
We use a privacy-conscious analytics tool to understand which pages and features are used. This site sets no cookies. Analytics data is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, which is why you do not see a consent banner.
We have turned off automatic capture of your clicks and typing, and we have turned off session recording entirely. When you search our neutrals by name, we record only the length of what you typed, never the name itself.
Our web host records ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do not track you across other websites in the first place.
Service Providers
We rely on a small number of vendors, each of which sees only what it needs: our web host and security provider (which also supplies the anti-spam check on our forms), our analytics provider, our payment processor, and our email provider.
Card payments are handled directly by our payment processor, so we never receive or store your card number. Our scheduling data is held in our own case management system on a server we control.
How Long We Keep It
Case and scheduling records are retained as part of our business records. Website scheduling requests held temporarily by our systems expire automatically after 90 days, and shared neutral proposals expire after 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, our staff pages require authentication, and access to case data is limited to people at the firm who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is for legal professionals and parties to disputes. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Write to us at the address below, or email scheduling@henningmediation.com.
You can also block local storage in your browser settings, which will stop analytics without affecting the site's function.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
