Lyn Dodson brings 20 years of extensive legal experience, representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of practice areas. Her diverse background includes experience in advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants and uniquely positions her to serve as a neutral. Since 2016, Lyn has been actively involved in mediating cases in Georgia, helping parties find amicable resolutions and facilitating productive dialogue. With a solid reputation for effectively guiding parties to mutually satisfactory resolutions, Lyn is a welcome addition to the Henning team.
Michael Rust is a founding partner in the law firm of Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, LP where he is actively engaged in litigation in Georgia state and federal courts. With over 40 years of experience, Michael has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, many of which involved cases of severe injury or death, significant property damage, or claims related to the construction industry and defective products. In addition to his trial experience, he has also appeared before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. With his deep understanding of litigation and his ability to maintain strong relationships with both defense and plaintiff attorneys, Michael is well-positioned to provide exceptional mediation services at Henning.
Mathew K. Titus has established a nationwide civil litigation practice, successfully navigating complex personal injury and business dispute cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He brings strong legal acumen to the Henning Mediation team, honed through over 17 years of handling diverse cases. Mat’s unique perspective and ability to approach disputes from various angles enable him to facilitate productive dialogues and find mutually beneficial resolutions. With his extensive experience and proven track record of success, Mat is a valuable addition to Henning’s distinguished panel of mediators.
Valerie G. Tobin is a highly experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in civil trial law and alternative dispute resolution. With over 25 years of practice, Valerie has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, professional negligence, business/contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and family law matters. As a mediator and arbitrator, Valerie has successfully presided over 1500 cases, demonstrating her ability to facilitate fair and productive discussions leading to favorable resolutions.
